Mea Ford is a marketing and business development professional with a background in patient outreach, healthcare communications, and wellness advocacy. She brings over a decade of experience in healthcare, fitness, and education, and is passionate about creating inclusive, accessible, and empowering experiences for patients navigating their pelvic health journey.

 

Mea serves as the Marketing Liaison at the Center of Pelvic Excellence Physical Therapy and Wellness, where she focuses on community engagement, provider relationships, and health education initiatives. Her work emphasizes education, access, and building genuine connections between patients and care providers.

She also teaches inclusive group fitness classes and draws from her own 140-lb weight loss journey to encourage others in their wellness goals. She is deeply passionate about body autonomy, trauma-informed health education, and helping people feel seen, supported, and empowered.
