Rae is a Certified Doula who has been serving expectant mothers and their families during pregnancy and childbirth for several years in the DFW Metroplex. She is passionate about helping expectant mothers navigate their pregnancy and birth experience by providing evidence-based education and practical hands-on support.

 

She is a graduate of Collin College (2013) and The International Doula Institute (2019). She has also completed training in Spinning Babies and Train for Birth.
 

Rae lives with her husband of twenty-three years and is mother to their four teenage children and three cats. In addition to helping support expectant mothers, she loves traveling and spending quality time with her family.
