Pelvic Floor Dysfunction

Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy

Expert, compassionate care for pelvic pain, bladder & bowel dysfunction, sexual pain, and pelvic floor weakness.

What Is Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy?

Pelvic floor physical therapy focuses on the muscles, nerves, joints, and tissues of the pelvic region. These muscles support your bladder, bowel, reproductive organs, and core. When they become tight, weak, or uncoordinated, they can cause pain or dysfunction.

At COPE PT, our pelvic floor specialists use evidence-based, whole-body techniques to help you restore strength, mobility, and comfort.
