Shreya’s passion for physical therapy began in 2014, inspired by her father’s battle with diabetes and the challenges of traditional treatments. This experience led her to discover the transformative potential of physical therapy in restoring function and improving quality of life.
She holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Loma Linda University and a Master’s in Exercise Science from California Baptist University. A certified Pelvic Health Specialist, Shreya focuses on caring for pre- and post-partum patients with musculoskeletal pain and pelvic floor dysfunction. Her expertise includes manual therapy, dry needling, tailored exercise programs, and pain management strategies designed to enhance pelvic floor strength, flexibility, and function. She is also skilled in vestibular rehabilitation and spinal manipulation.
Shreya is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association and its Women’s Health section. She combines evidence-based care with compassion, empowering patients to achieve their health goals and maintain long-term well-being.
Outside the work, Shreya enjoys hiking, strength training, spending time with her family, and cooking flavorful Indian dishes.
