Dr. Alpna Pawar's journey in the field of physical therapy spans continents, beginning in her native India and continuing in the United States. With a solid foundation laid by a Bachelor of Physical Therapy and a Master of Business Administration earned in India, Alpna pursued her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at the University of Montana.
Her professional journey took an unexpected turn when she was diagnosed with Pelvic Floor Tension Myalgia in 2022. This personal experience ignited her interest in pelvic floor therapy, leading her to undergo pelvic floor exercises and adopt lifestyle changes to manage her pain effectively.
Outside of her professional pursuits, Alpna finds joy in culinary adventures and quality time spent with her family.
